My name is Octavio Morales and together with my friend Ivan Cepero, we would like to schedule a viewing of the apartment. Any date and time are fine for us, and we can attend in-person or online.

I have been studying and working in the Netherlands for four years. I am in my last year studying Water Management in Zeeland and at the same time I work at OptiSenseData in Waalwijk. Ivan, my lifelong friend, is moving to the Netherlands to continue his studies while combining with a part-time job. We have known each other since we were twelve and would now like to share a two-bedroom apartment.
This property is ideal for us given both the location and the apartment type. It would provide a stable and long-term home, which is very important to us as we plan to stay for at least 12 months.
